A quick one nudged my way by Adrien Joly this morning.
You can now open a terminal window from a selected folder using Finder on Mavericks.
Go to your System Preferences.
Choose Keyboard > Shortcuts.
Choose Services on the left panel.
Then under Files and Folders on the right panel, tick New Terminal at Folder (New Terminal Tab at Folder is also available).
Once this done, you’ll be able to right-click on a specific folder from Finder, then choose Services > New Terminal at Folder.
